Since we first started in senior care food services in 1984, we’ve been working to break the traditional mold for dining service experiences and food quality. Rich has been directly responsible for the planning, preparation, and serving of 18,000 daily meals for 6,000 guests, and developed a respect for the independent spirit of each community. We know the importance of culinary autonomy to create menus that reflect local tastes, but we also recognize that the “figure it out on your own” method can often come at the expense of local budgets or quality.
